Bigg Boss 19 is gearing up to be bigger, longer, and full of unexpected twists — and we’re not just talking about the contestants. Salman Khan will return as the face of the show, but this time, he won’t be alone.
According to fresh industry reports, the makers are bringing in three celebrity co-hosts alongside Khan. After Salman completes his initial three-month run, Farah Khan, Karan Johar, and Anil Kapoor are set to take over hosting duties at different phases of the season.
And yes — Salman will return to host the grand finale.
A Digital-First Bigg Boss Like Never Before
Bigg Boss 19 will officially premiere on August 29, with episodes dropping first on JioCinema and Hotstar, followed by a delayed telecast on Colors TV.
This hybrid release strategy makes the show a “digital-first” experience — part of a growing trend where OTT viewers get early access to exclusive drama and content. The format is reportedly designed to last five months, making it one of the longest-running Bigg Boss seasons ever.

AI Contestant, Secret Rooms and Format Twists
As previously reported, Bigg Boss 19 will also feature Habubu, the show’s first-ever AI contestant, capable of cooking, singing, and even forming alliances — at least algorithmically.
Expect a mix of classic Bigg Boss nostalgia with modern tech twists. The Secret Room is set to return, and this time, it might be powered by AI logic.
